Cottage settlement. City of Odessa, Ukraine. Total area of development - 1,9 ha. Total area: 13, 386.4 sq.m. Total number of cottages: 26. Commissioning - 2009. Customer - "Zhilstroyservis-2" Ltd.

The construction site is located in the recreation area of Odessa. Being close to the sea and away from the center of the big city makes it ecologically and comfortably ideal for life: closed guarded territory, a park in the center of the township and a private beach.

Five sections of townhouses with 3-level apartments and the administrative building form a common architectural style of the cottage township.

Architectural components inherent in sunny Spain have been used. Cottages located at different levels, the park in the middle of township and a closed private territory fully satisfy the residents need for privacy and peace.

Living premises occupy all three levels. Swimming-pools and terrace are located on the ground level near the houses.

The underground level may accommodate billiard-rooms and home cinemas a well as additional rooms to suit residents needs.

Garages for one or two vehicles are located at the first level.

Engineering Facilities:

A multizonal Toshiba air-conditioning system will be provided in each building to create comforts. The system makes it possible to establish own mode of conditioning in each separate zone, i.e. cooling or heating.
The use of a " warm-flooring " system makes it possible to reduce power consumption by 10 to 20 % owing to a higher temperature at the floor level and a precise temperature control system.
An independent power and water supply is provided.
