Production — Hi-Raise

The facility equipped with a concrete mixer plant manufactured by the German company "Liebherr" designed for producing high quality ready-mix concrete in a wide range of formulations.

Fully automated control of the concrete mixture preparation process allows to decrease the number of staff to 1 operator.

The control system based on microprocessor stores more than 1000 formulations of concrete and allows dosing components of the concrete mixture with high precision using several hundreds of additives-modifiers.

It is also equipped with the system of protection against breaks and unauthorized correction of data.

The plant has its own certified laboratory.

The brand M300 (B25) is the principle one among the products manufactured, the equipment allows producing concrete mixtures based on any mineral cementing materials and fillers.
